Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, and Slovenia.

The second round of applications closed on January 31.

Due to the high number of applicants, the winners will be announced at a later date, expected around the end of April.
